Which shipping company do you use?
1. Fedex: They have been known to deliver ealier than expected delivery dates.
2. UPS: For customers who prefer UPS.
3. All States/Central Transport: For freight shipping.
4. Bax Global: For International freight shipping.
5. USPS: For letters and other inquiries.

In general, we try to make sure that items are shipped within two to five business days of your order. In most cases, the processing time of orders is more on the order of 24 to 36 hours. If the product is backordered, we will try, to the best of our ability, to let you know when the items are expected to be available. If it is a major new product or if the product has a high demand, we will notify our e-mail list subscribers in advance about the arrival of new inventory.

Some items, special ordered item require extra time before shipment due to high demand and extended lead time constraints from those manufacturers. We are constantly working to shorten lead times before shipment.

Also, please remember that holidays can interfere with normal shipping times and make packages seem like they are taking too long to arrive - this is out of our control since all shipping methods experience longer delivery times near Christmas due to the overall high volume of traffic, so order early to guarantee on-time delivery for Holiday Gifts.

What are your rates?
We ship via FedEX, UPS and USPS as well as via common carrier freight for oversize items. Our shipping and handling charges are based upon a base handling fee plus an amount per pound for the actual shipping weight of each item. In some cases, the items take up more space (cubic inches) than allowed for by the shipping companies cube/weight ratios. In these instances the shipping weight factor has been modified to compute the correct shipping charge for the volume of the shipping container instead of the actual weight of the package.

Packages deemed "oversized" by UPS or FedEx, are shipped through various freight companies and are subject to additional freight charges. Charges vary and are determined by weight and destination.

What is your delivery policy?
UPS Ground will make three attempts to deliver a package to a given address. Notification will be left at the address, as will instructions for alternate methods of retrieving a package. After the third unsuccessful delivery attempt, packages will be returned to MUSSA Racing. Packages returned in this manner will NOT automatically be considered a merchandise return, and no credit will be made. All returns must be authorized in advance.Re-sending a previously "undeliverable" package will require an additional shipping fee. All orders must be delivered to billing address. What is your return policy?
Merchandise cannot be returned without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and must include a copy of the original invoice. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and include all original parts, paperwork and packaging. All freight charges must be prepaid on returned merchandise. Any custom-machined parts made under customer specifications are non-returnable items and all sales final. We cannot accept returns of electrical or electronic products for safety and warranty reasons. Used items may not be returned under any circumstances - you must determine immediately whether the product is damaged or that you dont want it for whatever reason. Used items that become damaged are not covered under our Satisfaction guarantee. We are not responsible for items damaged by improper use or installation. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.

Items damaged during shipping should be returned after obtaining a return authorization number from us. To get the RMA, please fill out the Return Authorization Request form that we send back to you. Once youve done so, follow the directions below to return the product. If the item you are returning is no longer available for any reason, we will send a comparable or better product, send you a refund check, or contact you to give you several other choices. We will only replace damaged items with an identical item except as noted in the last sentence.

In general, if you decide you do not want a product because it does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept it in return for store credit, only if the product has not been installed and is returned in its original, undamaged packaging. We stand behind every product we sell. Items that you wish to return because you decided you did not want them may involve restocking fees of up to 15% (whether or not you receive a store credit or refund check), and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
